The Village Green Kids Zone!
The Village Green Kids Zone is situated on the Bickerley Green. The aim of The Green is to provide a mixture of wonderful arts and crafts, activities and local charities as well as fun and entertainment for the whole family. The Village Green is open from midday through to early evening. – visit The Green in the afternoon of Carnival day for some real local treats. To apply for a Village Green pitch, please read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and then fill out the application form below. A member of the Carnival Committee will be in touch to complete your application.
Information for traders
The Village Green is on Bickerley Green alongside the Fun Fair. Please click here for location.
Set up from 9.30a.m and completed by 12:30 pm – a steward will be on site to show you to your space. Vehicles may be brought on site for unloading purposes. You are welcome to stay as late into the day as you wish, though access off site is restricted from 18:30 – 21:30 due to our road closure. Spaces – single spaces are 3m x 3m or double spaces 6m x 3m larger spaces are available on request.
Cost – £25.00 to be paid to the Ringwood Carnival in advance.
W.Cs – Portable WCs are available on site.
Parking – Free parking is available for one vehicle only behind each stall. Vehicles cannot be moved until the event finishes except in the case of emergencies.
General – There is no water, electricity or lighting on the Village Green. Stall holders must bring everything they need with them including tables, chairs and if possible a gazebo for shelter.
IMPORTANT: Ringwood Carnival Committee only offers spaces to traders who sell wares that they mainly produce themselves or mainly sell as party plan.
